Col. Lee Rosen

Col. Lee Rosen, USAF (Ret.), is co-founder, president, and CEO of ThinkOrbital, a Boulder, Colorado–based space-infrastructure company developing autonomously assembled orbital platforms, on-orbit servicing, and Space-to-Space X-ray inspection technology. Rosen served more than 23 years in the U.S. Air Force as a space operator, engineer, and acquisition officer, with assignments at the Pentagon, National Reconnaissance Office, and Air Force Space Command; he commanded the 4th Space Launch Squadron and 45th Launch Group. He then spent over a decade at SpaceX, ultimately as Vice President of Mission and Launch Operations and Customer Operations & Integration, contributing to more than 200 successful missions, three Falcon launch pads, Dragon operations, and astronaut training. At ThinkOrbital, he is focused on making large-scale orbital construction and spacecraft inspection practical, with applications spanning the space economy and national-security space domain awareness.
